The Cat Creek Cemetery is also known as the Shay Cemetery. It is located in the central part of Petroleum County. It can be reached by traveling on Highway 200 to Jitney Road. Head north on this gravel road. It bends to the west and a short distance further the cemetery is in a pasture on the left side of the road. It is fenced, but not maintained. It does have room for more burials, but has not been used for a number of years.
